Steps to set up your account

1: Visit this checkout page

The link above bypasses all pages on go.universaldesign.org.

  1. Enter your Access Code in the "Discount code" field and press the "Apply" button.

  2. You should see the code applied, bringing the Subtotal to $0.00. If the code doesn't work, please check with your director or manager to verify that you used the correct code (it will start with "TAC"), or email hello@universaldesign.org for assistance.

2: Create your account

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. Enter your Full name.

  3. Create a password using a minimum of 6 characters.

  4. Click "Create account" to register your account.

  5. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click the checkbox to accept them.

  6. Click "Get now" and you will have access to the Community and Courses.

3: Navigate to the courses

  1. You'll first be taken to the Community (our discussion area).

  2. Look in the header for the "Products" link to access the courses.

Important Notes

Your Access Code is private.

Your employer has signed a contract with The UD Project, agreeing not to share the access code with OTs outside your facility. Please respect this agreement.

Your Access Code is different than the one for patients.

We provide patients access to the courses (minus the training course). The patient access code will start with "PAC" instead of "TAC" and does not give access to the OT-specific areas of the Community. For more information, please refer to the "Give patients free accounts" page.

Your account does not expire.

You will have access to the courses and community discussion until (1) your employer notifies us that you no longer work at the facility with whom we have an agreement -or- (2) your employer ends their contract with The UD Project. This will not affect your continuing education records for completing the courses, should you need copies of them in the future.
